"Unconditional Acceptance"

Ajahn Brahm, a Buddhist monk, is slowly changing my life and way of thinking. His lectures are thought provoking and more inspiring then anything I have come across in awhile. Although, I feel anyone could benefit from listening to the talks, my personal experience was one that broke boundaries. I am completely aware that change doesn't happen overnight, but these lectures are extremely encouraging. I am very grateful to the universe to bringing this information into my life. Unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance of self and others is one of the greatest accomplishments. Here is the link, Dhammaloka.

I am always awed when someone has the ability to create magic with words. I mean serious talent, creating poetry, scripts that will move you and stay with you. My dear friend Michael has that ability and I was truly flattered after reading a poem he wrote about me. I am on a Jalal ad-Rumi high right now. Rumi was a Muslim poet...but his work is inspiring as well as his philosophy and beliefs on life and spirituality. We all need to be reading "The Essential Rumi".

Watching 'True Romance'...awesome freaking film and cast(Christian Slater, Patricia Arquette, Dennis Hopper, Gary Oldman, Brad Pitt, the remarkable Christopher Walken, Val Kilmer, Sam Jackson, and James Gandolfini), The film was written by Quentin Tarantino as a tribute to the Terrence Malick movie "Badlands" (also a dope flick). The scene where Christpher Walken kills Dennis Hopper has to be one of the greatest duologues in the past 20 years of movie history between two phenomenal actors.
